You're using a modified version of wine, with the pulseaudio patches; and
apparently, it crashes in Pulseaudio.

If you obtained wine through the Ubuntu repositories, you should report this
issue to launchpad.

This is not an "excuse to eliminate bugs". It's something that can legitimately
not be fixed in Wine. If you can prove otherwise, reopen this.
