Just unzipping it in a folder and making a shortcut to launch it.

I just have the idea that windows add K-Meleon folder in the shortcut that just
equals to a cd command.

Removing it, crashes also with another message concerning xpcom initialization.

So, now yes I'm sure that it's a K-Meleon bug.
