It's already fixed in the sense that if you resize the window through Wine, for
instance in desktop mode, you get the messages. When the window manager resizes
the window we don't get any notice of that fact, so there's no way we can send
the messages.

Please file a separate bug for this, and specify the exact window styles you
are using.
