[Bug 25504] League of Legends - In Launcher Store not displayed

After updating wine to 1.3.17 store appears to work without any patches to wine
source. I have not tried to purchase anything, however it displays correctly
and doesn't crash as it did previously. (winetricks wininet is required in
addition to the other items required to run LoL, this should probably be added
to the list of requirements on the LoL app page)
