Just run SIV32X and if it's there SIV will call it. If you do
Menu->TCP/IP->Proxy Config it will tell you more. See the attachment.

SIV 4.18 will be out tomorrow and has several wine related fixes.

I guess you are implementing it, will it be more than a stub?
