Past menu, onto game with the following crash:

Runtime error

R6025
-pure virtual function call 

Settings:

Windowed Mode
Vista

Disable "gameoverlayrenderer.dll" in libraries
use -lv as a game launch option in steam
Make sure d3dx9, vcrun2005, vcrun2008, vcrun2010 are installed
Disable In-game community on Steam
