Ran the following:

WINEDEBUG=+seh+relay wine
/home/stick/.local/share/wineprefixes/steam/drive_c/Program\ Files\
\(x86\)/Steam/steamapps/common/portal\ 2/portal2.exe -game portal2 -applaunch
620 -silent -novid -dxlevel 90 -width 1680 -height 1050 &> portal2crash.log

The game does not make it past the splash screen.
