[Bug 9932] Listview highlight issues when drag&drop enabled

I'm seeing duplicate cursor when drag&dropping. Was this already the case or is
it a regression?

On windows, upon drag & dropping, the cursor is hidden for a sec and warped
once it's a few pixels further. On wine, I see a cursor where the dnd started
(just like on windows), and one more in the top left of the element.
