wined3d: use glBufferData(NULL) instead of GL_MAP_INVALIDATE_BUFFER_BIT

This is another debug attempt. This patch has worked for me so far, but the bug
has been unreliable on my system. The patch uses glBufferData(NULL) instead of
GL_MAP_INVALIDATE_BUFFER_BIT, which are conceptually the same thing, but might
use different codepaths in the driver. If this fixes the issue this may
indicate a bug in the driver, but I can't be sure until I know more.
