ctfmon.exe is the "Language Bar" in WinXP, a Screenshot can be found in the
attachment of Bug 28178 ( http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=36102 )
With the "Language Bar", one can change an input method to another.

That is just what I look for, Many thanks! With your kindly help I have make
ctfmon.exe running, and found some new bugs (e.g. Bug 28178)
