Sorry for confusing, ctfmon.exe is shipped with mstsf10, not with MSPY2010.exe.
However, without any input method installed, the "Language Bar" will not
display. Replace MSPY2010.exe to GooglePinyin
(http://www.google.com/intl/zh-CN/ime/pinyin/ ) or SogouPinyin (
http://pinyin.sogou.com/ ) will let the "Language Bar" display too.
