Commit abf8728e1f2f966650eaa5528a1f593a6e1986bb causes visual glitches in
Sanitarium (an adventure game, originally released in 1998). Although the game
doesn't crash like Jedi Knight does, the screen is flashing, flickering
insanely in Sanitarium. If I switch between the game and the menu by pressing
<Esc>, the menu is showing in inverted colors.
