+ddraw,+d3d,+d3d_surface log (Wine-1.3.26)

The previous log was created with wine-1.3.25-304-gace241a (where the
regression appeared).
The current debug log was created with 1.3.26.

The patch in bug #28137 didn't resolve the crash (applied on 1.3.26).

I still have to find out the other commit which prevents the game from starting
in 1.3.27.
