I have been unable so far to get Fallout 3 working 100%, see comment #48:

"A little bit" is somewhat of an understatement, but I believe I was poorly
trying to describe how much time it skipped rather than how frequently it
happened.  I've been a bit busy lately, but I'll try to get these patches
included when I can (which fixed F:NV) and after that I can work on figuring
out Fallout 3.
