After doing the regression test, the bad commit showed up to be
commit 12bb4a471fc0ec01108d19e649dd097382fc9913

Meanwhile Nikolay sent a patch, commited as
2508025bcd658688177471210af9ae8d4eac1a4b
msxml3: Fix get_namespaceURI() for document nodes.
which fixes the error, so this should be fixed in 1.3.34
