Dunno if you've solved this bug already, but I found the solution (for my part)
today. You need to add cabinet.dll to your exceptions-list in winecfg and set
it to "native". I also copied the cabinet.dll from a winXP install, but it
didn't work until I listed it as native in winecfg.
