I have Fedora 16 + KDE with last updates.
video card:

xorg-x11-drv-intel 2.17.0-1.fc16

wineprefix installed with "corefonts and later I installed "vcrun2005" (it
solved my bug 29189)

see debug log with +relay,+seh,+tid option compressed to bzip2 format
