AntiVir 9's configuration wizard shows its text on a separate dialog which can
be moved or closed independently of the main dialog, whereas it should appear
as part of the main dialog. Regression testing indicated this commit as the
cause:

Reverting the patch restored the correct display.

To reproduce, just run the installer, and the configuration wizard should start
automatically afterward. You don't need to register with Avira or generate a
serial number.
