Just tested Eve in windowed mode and no hiccups as far as I can tell.  I've
changed a few parts of my setup since last testing this but that never had any
impact in the past for me.

A quick look back through recent "What's New" releases tells me Wine 1.3.30 is
a good candidate for when.

Bug is fixed, afaik.
