There is known workaround for that problem. It is applying RAW input patch
(http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=35873) to Wine, described here:

http://onliveinformer.com/2011/09/04/community-hack-allows-linuxwine-users-to-experience-onlive/

Patch can be attached only to Wine 1.3.27-29, the latter versions are
incompatible with the patch.

The error message "We have detected one of your controllers may not be
supported." doesn't disappear, however mouse is almost fully functional (once
when my mouse got unplugged, when I plugged it back the mouse could be moved
only in very limited angle but usually I can move it wherever I want).
