Isn't it because some callbacks are not implemented yet? For example 40
(receiving response) and 41 (response received).

+urlmon show lots of:
warn:urlmon:internet_status_callback Unhandled Internet status callback 40
warn:urlmon:internet_status_callback Unhandled Internet status callback 41
