Hello,

can't reproduce with v11.0
The app starts fine, the WMI connect failures are harmless.

I had to use 'winetricks -q ie7 vcrun6' to get the installer to work in clean
WINEPREFIX.

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.34-295-g4918d91
