Hello,

installs and runs fine here.
Though did only minimal testing, clicking here and there in IDE, not creating
any launchers/executables.

$ sha1sum jsmooth-0.9.9-7-setup.exe 
f97ada3add3496fa39c411d8256f7574fbcff980  jsmooth-0.9.9-7-setup.exe

$ sha1sum jre-6u30-windows-i586.exe 
fddb5d6bb4dad451081e44df425058868c925718  jre-6u30-windows-i586.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.3.34-327-g447384e
