[Bug 23188] 2gis loader have no transparent background

Bug is still here.
How to reproduse:
1. Download 2gis and base.
http://download.2gis.ru/arhives/2GISShell-3.5.5.1-2GISData_Novosibirsk-159.0.0.exe
2. Install (there are two msi packages in one binary).
3. Run program.
3.1. Loader will appear if it takes too long to show start window (rare case).
4. In field "что" (top left input field) find something (for example "teh").
4.1. Loader will appear in reference area (left by default) if it takes some
time to load info.
