Got the SOCK_SEQPACKET<->SOCK_STREAM version mostly working, then discovered
that named_pipe.c needs a total rewrite... Closing the server end of the pipe
without disconnecting should behave the same way as the client end: reads on
the other end are still perfectly valid... and that's incompatible with the way
the current pipe objects are structured in the server. From what I can tell
that's the only thing still stopping the python multithreading tests from
succeeding. I'll post a new patch when I get that working.
