[Bug 17195] NamedPipe datagrams need to be _really_ datagrams

I'm aware of this; on platforms/distros where SOCK_SEQPACKET isn't supported,
we'll have to use TCP urgent pointers or something something like that. 
However, that's a step that can come later, first I'd like to get the thing
working xD  The TCP urgent pointers look like roughly equivalent functionality
to SOCK_SEQPACKET, so for those platforms/distros we can replace those parts.
