Oddly enough it doesn't seem to have been mentioned here that this is the big
blocker for installing the .NET 4 Framework, which is itself blocking an ever
larger assortment of apps that I want to use in Wine (mostly games)

As such, can someone please recommend for me the best way to set a bounty? 
I tried searching, but I couldn't find how to set one for Wine, and don't know
where better to ask.
(Or if anyone knows other ways to encourage this to be seen by the devs as the
major issue that it is for me, I'd love to hear it)
