mshtml hacks (requires wine gecko 1.2.0-beta1)

helps here. The gray rectangle is still shown on the startup, but once flash is
initialized, it becomes visible.

(BTW, we're experiencing temporary problems with Sourceforge downloads,
hopefully it will be fixed soon)
