Here are the steps:
1. install an ActiveX from
https://e.bank.ecitic.com/perbank5/plugs/CNCBSecPkg_EN.exe
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
$ winetricks -q mfc42
$ wine CNCBSecPkg_EN.exe
