[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

fontfix won't do a thing, as:
1. it's against arphic fonts
2. my arphic fonts are in a ttc, not ttf - it's 0.2.20080216.1 version

Anyway, I managed to find something, that I was able to turn into a working
example,
but no luck - plain GdipDrawString works correctly, it's something about
context transforms.
