Patches for fixing the background music in F3 (v3)

The attached patch has been updated to fix that problem.  This patch also
reverts two commits that cause problems with audio in F3.  I'm trying to figure
out exactly the cause of these problems before I submit.  Please note that this
patch only fixes the background music at the main menu in F:NV, for some reason
the rest of the background music still doesn't work.
