Appears to still present in wine-1.3.13-48-gae3e768. Tested with office 2007
pro. The behavior for me is that after entering the product key, there is long
pause (15 seconds or so) until I'm able to click on continue and see the
resulting EULA screen. When I set *riched20 to native in winecfg, the problem
goes away.
