[Bug 22104] Proteus ISIS slows down in time

The launch time of Proteus ISIS is much faster and becomes acceptable by
changing of the setting of my video card driver.

I had "options radeon modeset=1" in /etc/modprobe.d/radeon-kms.conf.
I changed to modeset=0.

Perhaps, this settings freed video memory amount. Now "Wine isis.exe" takes
about 10 s instead of about 60 !
It is not perfect, but better.
