Hello all, 

I tested 2 different games under steam.exe

Civilization V and Napoleon Total WAR 
The installation process of Civ V was perfect . But not the Launcher.

Both have the same issue. They crash . Exactly Launcher.exe crash with a 
unhandled page fault
