(For the benefit of the English speaking subscribers)
[..] The stuttering and blacks screen [..] are known issues of this patch, but
I don't yet know how to fix them. This is caused by two threads compeating for
access to the video card.

For now (with this patch) when you launch WoW, don't switch windows too much,
then the bug is less prominent. If you get 60 fps, that means you have VSync
enabled. I get around 500-550 fps on the login screen with the patch (had 300
without it).
