I have tested the patch. 

Guys, dunno what this patch does, but appears it works...

Staying on the same place without moving I get around 15 fps with the default
wine.
Upgrading to the patched wine gives 20-21 fps on the same place in the game,
something like +30% fps boost for me :)

It was tested on my notebook's GS 8400m, with the 1920*1080 resolution, so
numbers aren't large. 

But I had the following problems:

1) Sound issue
2) For some reason most of the time I couldn't start wow at all. Without any
reason it starts sometimes.
3) Got a few times segfault
4) Alt+tab crashes wow 


Very unstable, but it does work.
