You're getting a crash on the Tools->Macros->Macros... dialog? I haven't seen
that before. Can you attach your Excel document to this bug? If not, can you
create a new, similar document that also has that crash?

I think it's unlikely that all of your problems will be fixed soon (like I
said, macros are pretty broken), but having more test data will help diagnose
the problem.
