[Bug 25756] Cannot change input keys in Nestopia

If you change the input of a key, then try changing another, you will get the
first duplicated in the list.  Very strange.  Let's say you wish to change the
letters "K" and "L" to "Z" and "X" respectively, as soon as you've changed "K"
to become "Z" and then try changing "L" to become "X", you can't do anything
because "Z" appears twice!!

Is it a glitch on the GUI when using Wine or something more technical going on?

I hope that provides a good explanation without confusion.
