[Bug 25777] TurningPointAnyWhere24.exe won't install

I downloaded and tried the application. It looks like it doesn't need to
install, just run out of the folder contained in the zip file.

It crashes however here. Th culprit seems to be :

After creating that key (HKCU\\Control Panel\\Mouse) manuallly, the app starts
for me. I'll send a patch for this key
