Thanks for your patch, after applying the patch and compiling again, there is
no crashing while installing safesign_icbc_per.exe .

Attachment is the new log.

$ rm -rf .wine
$ winetricks -q mfc42
$ wine '/home/fracting/Desktop/safesign_icbc_per.exe'
