InventorRegUtils.dll is together with RegisterJTTranslator.exe and
JTTranslator.dll.I tried to do regsvr32 InventorRegUtils.dll but i get

DllRegisterServer not implemented in DLL InventorRegUtils.dll

In MS Windows I installed Service packs and other fixes so it's usless to
compare but I remarked that after finished installation InventorRegUtils.dll
isn't anymore in bin directory.

How can I check if InventorRegUtils assembly is actually installed?
