Helpfiles are missing in BugZilla

There is a dead link called 'help' in the upper part of the page, where it
says:

(see screenshot).

I had a look into the source of WineHQs Bugzilla in git and there is a complete
folder missing. This folder is located either in '/docs/en/' or in '/docs/'.
The name of this folder is called 'html' and can be found in:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/webtools/bugzilla-3.6.3.tar.gz

(the version number should match with thatone from this installation)
