Well, it wants to install device drivers, which is unlikely to work in wine
anytime soon, if ever.

That said, in git, it fails to install for me with:     
wine: Call from 0x7b8394a3 to unimplemented function
ntoskrnl.exe.IoInitializeRemoveLockEx, aborting  

I never see any error about permissions, in git or in wine 1.2.
