Probably the linked installer is broken: I received an error message while
trying to install that specific version of QT in WinXP Sp3 (running under
Virtualbox): 'Error 1335: The cabinet file "Data1.cab' .... is corrupt and
cannot be used.'

Of course the installer doesn't work in Wine-1.3.12 either: 'Error 1603: fatal
error during installation.'
