I saw your patch and looked up this bug, as I remembered looking into this at
some point a long time ago and it having nothing to do with the problem I was
investigating.  It would seem to me that this should be added to the
FILE_DEVICE_* list in winioctl.h and given a IOCTL_*_BASE alias.  The reason
you would not find that ioctl in a search is that you really need to be looking
for the FILE_DEVICE_VOLUME code (0x00000056, decimal 86):

I obviously have no idea what the actual ioctl would be called, but you can
construct it with the following macro (once you define FILE_DEVICE_VOLUME):
CTL_CODE(FILE_DEVICE_VOLUME, 0, METHOD_BUFFERED, FILE_ANY_ACCESS)
