It starts up here. I can go through menus and exist successfully. As this is
second time it "WORKS" i'm going to remove the REGRESSION keyword.

Try again in wine-1.3.24 and clean wine environment. If the problem persist,
describe step by step, how to reproduce the problem for someone, who never
worked with this program.

Tested and works under:
 * 1.3.23, 1.3.24
