Igneous is a freeware indie game, can be downloaded here:

I don't think that overriding d3d9.dll is a wise idea. Can you try the game in
a clean wineprefix without overrides?
Also, don't start the game inside winedbg, attach the plain terminal output
instead, just as advised here:

The game runs without issues here, using a Nvidia gfx card and Wine-1.3.24.
