After i upgradet to wine 1.3.24 from 1.3.23 this issue is not going away.
Even with downgrading back to 1.3.23 it' still there.
Removing wineprefix in various manners and the like didn't help.
Couldn't test non-Steam games, but probably it's also present there.
What I can confirm is that it has nothing to do with a Steam update, since it
worked just fine without wine upgrade.
