[Bug 27779] Desktop mouse pointer always visible in Steam games

I don't know if it's of any help but on my computer, while being stuck on the
center of the screen, the desktop cursor is constantly flashing
(visible/hidden).

ArchLinux Kernel 2.6.39
KDE 4.6.5
nVidia 8600-GT / nVidia Driver 275.09.07
