Tested this with a GeForce 9400M with proprietary nvidia driver 275.19. The bug
seems to have been fixed:

Setting ronding mode to 'always up', glXCreateContext will hang if bug is
present, see http://hisouten.koumakan.jp/wiki/Linux_support
Success - bug not found.

Touhou Hisouten also starts correctly now (tested with wine-1.3.24-216-gd385675
). Looks like nvidia fixed their bug.
